Sorry, not within the scope of problems I can solve. But it's a
royal pain in the ass to owners of the software when you have moved
machines, done a clean update, etc.
I agree. Although keeping the Snapz preferences can help here. But if it's
the difference between an occasional pain in the ass, and losing (for me)
absolutely critical capabilities and features, I'll take the pain in the
ass.
I'm quite sure that on classic it wasn't in the prefs file either -
and that would also be very weak protection, "pass the prefs please".
I know about keeping your prefs after a clean install. Done dozens of
'em. But this little puppy was stored in an invisible file somewhere.
