If you have Jon's Command's 2.1.2 scripting addition installed you can do this:
execute FKEY 4
However, this will change your cursor to the crosshairs and you'll have to manually drag a box around the section of screen you want to capture. If you use:
execute FKEY 3
You will get a full screen capture and then you can crop out what you don't need via some other means.
