Folder Actions apparently doesn't save scripts after running them. I'd call this a bug.

How do I report AppleScript bugs? I find them so rarely - too busy creating my own :-)

Go to <http://bugreporter.apple.com>. However, you needn't bother in this case; we already have one of our own filed.
