Corrupt in what way? Do you mean a compiled script that doesn't work (or
you just want the text back for)? As far as I know, non-compiled script
files just store their text either in the data fork as regulr tet, or in a
TEXT/styl resource in the resource fork.

As for compiled scripts/applications, I'd guess you *might* be able to
hunt around in some resource or data part of the app for the raw event
codes, but I don't know what happens when you compile something like a
loop (is it converted to some kind of bytecode, or actually compiled down
to PPC asssembly?)
