Getting Mail's messages into Entourage X

Hi all,
I would like to get my email messages out of Apple's "Mail" program and into
Entourage X. According to Entourage's Help file I should be able to import
messages that are in .mbox format. I have dragged my folders out of mail
(this creates an .mbox formatted archive, doesn't it?,) but, when I try to
import this into entourage my archives are greyed out in the dialog box.
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong, if anything, or if there is some
other procedure? There has got to be an easier way than using a script
however, if a script is needed then, is this one I can use?
