A CD bound with the code would have been nice--but just getting the
book is great regardless.
Mine should be delivered today. Amazon shipped it via Airborne
Express, who delivered it to the post office yesterday, so it *should*
arrive today.
From everything I've read about it (and from reading the sample chapter
on line), it looks like it will be a hit within its limited market.
