ScriptingAdditions not found

This is odd. I updated to the latest Satimage osax and suddenly one machine
won't load any additions and folder icons are all "generic file" icons.
Even repaired permissions, but no go.
Is there a way to force ScriptingAdditions folder contents to load at
startup? Maybe a prefs file to delete? Corrupt file?
