This script works just great for me!

One especially cool thing is even if you select a track that's not missing no harm is done. Only library references to missing file tracks are deleted... so perhaps putting a command line to select all tracks first before the script would work the way the original script did?
Not necessary but I guess it could work that way too...

Here's one that works for me, though it's probably not very well
constructed. I have to select the tracks in the library first:
