List Volumes ...

Hello,

Is it possible to list the actual POSIX volume name (mount point) through the finder in Mac OS X?

I have a button that asks for the target volume -

set targetLoc to choose folder with prompt "Choose target volume ..."

If I use this, I can select the volume but when I convert it to a POSIX path it could be wrong. Since it's possible to have multiple volume names being the same. I found this true when my script started dumping the results to the wrong volume. I had two with the same name, one was a r/w Disk Image.

I would like to know if there is a command like this

set targetLoc to choose volume with prompt "Choose target volume ..."

This way the POSIX path would be right. I think. :)

Thanks,

- Charles
