Best way to auto rename files

well the subject line says it all;
I have a folder with files that I need to give a new name; or more
accurately; I need to expend the file names with the same number;
i.e. file "Jones" will be renamed "567 Jones" and file "Smith" into
"567 Smith"
whats the best way to do this ?
set name of file "Afregning klient" of folder "Fakturaer" of folder ,
"Breve og email" of folder (myPart) of folder
"Journalsager" to myPart & " Fakturaklient"
