The question: do I need "BNDL" & "FREF" (I've absolutely deleted "ICN#",
"ics#", "icl8" & "icl4"), or is it good enough with a simple "icns" ID 128
and a "plist" configured OK?
Is there any documentation about this? (specially about "icon of the app",
"stuff I will accept to be dropped onto me" and "documents owned by me and
its icons")
