I'd like to add that if there's a lack of good documentation, that means that there's a good opportunity for third-party documentation, and goodness knows there's a need for some well-written, published Applescript Books. It's a terribly "Make Lemonade" attitude I have, but I have unfortunate leanings towards that sort of thing.
