Hi Glenn,
why do you use 'page 1' twice? This works for me:
---
tell document 1 of application "QuarkXPress 5.01"
delete story 1 of text box 1 of page 1
copy contents of selection to after story 1 of text box 1 of page 1
end tell
Thanks, that works. Looks like the key is to use "after story 1."
Take away the word after and it doesn't work.
But I have another problem I'm hoping you can help with too. How
about doing the reverse? This doesn't work:
copy story 1 of text box 1 of page 1 to contents of selection
