I've been a little swamped the past few days and haven't been dealing with the incoming queue of messages needing moderation (usually posted from the wrong account or by non-subscribers).

It has happened several times that I post from the wrong account.

When this happens, I receive immediately notification that my post is awaiting moderator's approval, so I resend the post from the correct account. I have observed other people doing so, too.

I would not expect that the moderator take the time and effort to (manually, since that does not seem to be possibly made automatic) find out whether the wrong address is hiding a real subscriber. I would find normal, since I'm notified, that the moderator just delete my mail.

Of course, I appreciate much that the moderator allows me so kindly to post from any account.
But I would find normal that he would not, and that any post from a non subscribed mail account be deleted (and that the sender be notified). In the very unlikely event that I be unable to post from the subscribed account, and that I have some very urgent post to send, I would allow myself to contact directly the moderator and explain my problem.

But I may be missing something.

Emmanuel
