HELP position disk

  • Subject: HELP position disk
  • From: Jeff Spencer <email@hidden>

I have been trying to write a script in osx to position a connected
network disk off the visible desktop. In os9 I could simple tell the
finder "set position of disk <disk name> to {3000,3000}, however in osx
this same command seems to address the disk in its container window in
icon view.

How do I set the position of an item (file or disk) on the desktop in
osx.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jeff Spencer
