script editor 1.9 and 2.0beta

Hi,
I have a selection of scripts for Chemdraw
(
http://products.cambridgesoft.com/family.cfm?FID=2) that were working fine
until I decided to modify one of them using script editor 2.0.
If I run the applescript from the script editor it runs fine but if I select
it from the chemdraw menu I now get an error "The end of file was reached
unexpectedly"
If I recompile using script editor 1.9 it works fine from both the script
editor and when selected from the chemdraw menu.
Any suggestions?
