Doing a Save as in Quark

I need to do a applescript that will open a quark 5.0n document and then save it as a
Quark 4.0 document.
I have it working on opening and saving, I'm just stumped on how to make it save as and
select the 4.0 version.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
