Bernard,

Preferences>Document>[prefs pane]

Tick the box to perform a script at Open, then select the FM script that you
wish to run.

This presumes that you've copied the AS snippet to a FM script, using the
Perform AppleScript step and then entering the script there.

Keep in mind:

You do not "tell" FileMaker in this context. Meaning, you don't need the
'tell application "FM"' lines.
