I've been facing the same problem lately, and was not able to find a
solution, there is no way to provide a password to SSH either than
typing it. What I 've done is open a new terminal window with the SSH
command and the I wait and enter the password. I've also been looking
for solutions on the web, they are solution on the web (a simple google
with "SSH+Applescript" should make it) but working only for Pre X.2 OS,
you might be able to adapt them for OS X.2 (and if you do , please let
me know it :=) )

Subject: Providing passwords to shell commands

Hey all,
I'm trying to write a script that will SSH to a remote machine, and
then
issue a "reboot" command. However, both the SSH command and the reboot
command require the user password for the remote machine to be entered
after
the command is issued. I have been unable to work out how to provide
this
password to the Terminal via AppleScript. Is this even possible?
Regards,
-Rob
