Dynamic IP script (NO-IP.com client)

Would help if I filled out the subject. Sorry.

I just signed up am on DIGEST. Looked for an archive...

Anyhow, looking to launch an application in /Applications and then every 2-4 hours quit and then relaunch it. It is a client that allows me to use the NO-IP.com service and will update the NO-IP servers. It is a beta (nothing but stable releases for OS X) and it works but tends to just get confused at times.

Quitting and then launching this app would be great on a time scale. If anybody has a script setup to do something like this, I would appreciate any insight.

The client app went into a loop (froze) today and I was unable to see what was up until I had physical access to the server (iBook rev A clamshell running OS X 10.2.6 client tweaked for ftp, ssh, web, mail via communigate trial, and some other things... another computer on the network runs an iTunes 4.0.0 and since I did not know the IP, i was hosed.

so, thanks and I am on DIGEST, so a CC: would be grand!
