Or maybe it's a bug with (AppleScript E1-1.9 (Spanish))

exists of folder (MyDisk & ":" & MyFolder)

returns true in OS 10.2.6 AppleScript 1.9.1. Is there not a Spanish version
of AS 1.9.1? It came as part of OS 10.2.3 in the US version.
