does anyone know if it is possible to create a slideshow from a folder of images and then display the slideshow in an image/movie view in an applescript studio app.
I need a solution that works without the aid of another application, just using pure applescript.

I have been playing around with the Graphic converter and Quicktime scripts but would prefer to generate the slideshow from within my application.

any suggestions would be great
