Bryan,
The only way is to join the ADC. There are several types of
memberships, and having been a member for a long time, it is safe to
say that the annual fee more than pays for itself in discounts offered,
support incidents covered, and software releases.
Information about beta features and projects provided to members is
protected by NDAs. The ADC program benefits both members and Apple. So
far, apple has delivered to me what they said they would, and I have
done the same for them. You probably knew all of this, but this is the
answer to your query.

Anybody know where I can get more information on ImageEvents?
Specifically, does it support all types of QuickTime images?
Particularly, I need to get DICOM image support, which isn't
natively supported by QuickTime (but should be; as the universal
medical imaging format.) It has been supported by the Greek
company Escape http://www.escape.gr/ with the brilliant use of
QuickTime Atoms to encapsulate the DICOM metatags. (One of
those "insanely great" moves that you think "of course that's how it's
supposed to work" after you see it, but never would have thought of
yourself.

ImageEvents. Interesting.
