No. Do you mean the Restore Disk? Don't use that! ; use the Installation disk and just reinstall the operating system. But first make sure you really have deleted Script Editor, which is normally installed in "Apple Extras:Applescript:"

What about installation DVDs that are shipping with computers with DVD drives now? One disk, and no visible files at all that can be copied or installed without resorting to utilities like Pacifist or using the Console to identify and open invisible directories.
