I'm not Matthew, but my guess is he's saying the libraries, which are the
application dictionaries, aren't discussed or elaborated on outside of
those dictionaries. Interpreting dictionary entries is an art unto itself
and one which I haven't mastered. The biggest lack in all the
documentation, IMHO, is the absence of coherent examples for the dictionary
entries.
