move theFile to thePath replacing no

  • Subject: move theFile to thePath replacing no
  • From: Johnny AppleScript <email@hidden>

Tell application "Finder"
move theFile to thePath replacing no
--> -15267: An item with the same name already exists in the destination.
End tell

Shouldn't the 'replacing no' above append the file name instead of returning
an error?

TIA

JA
