System Events - What are they? How do we use them?

Hello All!

This actually refers to any script that uses 3menu bar2 or any
button/menu/click menu item request.
When I run the script the error that ALWAYS comes up is...

"System Events got an error: NSReceiverEvaluationScriptError: 4"

Does anyone know what this means? Is something not installed?

Is there a NORMAL Applescript way of accessing/changing one9s Location?

tia,
Paul
