I have three scripts, that I want to activate when I turn on my computer/login. Should the script be saved differently and/or saved in a specific folder. And is it the same procedure for OS 9.2.2 and OS X.

Well on OS 9 it depends how you run the system. Running Multilple users, you must put any item that you want to run on login in the "Hard Drive:Users:UserName:Startup Items", but if you are running the Mac without Multiple users, you should put the item (or an alias to the item) in the "Hard Drive:System folder:Startup Items".

In OS X, you can specify what you want to run in the "Login Items" pane of the System Prefs.

...and save them as applications, not compiled scripts, or they'll just open in Script Editor instead of running.
