Scripting Lotus Notes

Is anyone out there familiar with scripting lotus notes? I need to add a
section to a script where I tell Lotus notes to make a new mail message and
send it. The problem is, I don't have a copy of Lotus Notes at my disposal.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
