1) You could make different accounts with the same email address but
different default signatures, and use my script Other Account. Yes, there's
an Entourage 2001 version. This was my very first script for OE, and it's
still doing OK.
2) You're a good enough scripter to adapt Other Account to change just
signature instead of account, using the same principles. Try it.
