On an iBook, is there a way to detect when the power switches from AC
adapter to battery? I want to have my iBook page me, and send me an
email at work if the power goes out for a specified period in my home
(relying on my land-line phone which never goes out and doesn't require
power to work). Hot Summer on the way, and I don't won't my dog and
cat to bake in a brown-out!
