Halting a Script

Hi,

OS9

This is automatic error checking on a server.

I'm looking for a way to halt a script or go to the end of the script. Can a script "quit" itself?

If a conditional fails
tell the "finder"
restart
end tell
end/halt/quit script

The problem is the script keeps going after telling the finder to restart and executes another failing conditional which issues a second restart command which the finder protests.
