Sure, but this is built-in. Soon anyone will be able to click on one of
these links and have the script pop up in Script Editor. And if, as Jon
says, the commercial editors get on board, then scripts will even be able to
pop into the editor of your choice. I love it.
As far as frippery, I'm extremely pleased to see something finally being
done about the sorry state of Script Editor. It's all I use. And while I
would also like the mailing list text encoding problem dealt with, I'm
pretty sure that's not the bailiwick of the AppleScript team.
