Quark - empty text box

I am trying to make a script work; to check for empty text boxes (two text boxes per page) and if both text boxes are empty delete the page - usually the last pages (all pages are linked). I have looked thru Applescripting QuarkXpress and have not been successful.
All help very much appreciated.
