duplicate the contents of folder "yourFolder" to folder "yourOtherFolder" with replacing

should work as long as you don't run into permissions problems, ie. you must have at least read permissions on the source folder (and all the files within it) and write permissions on the destination folder (and any files that need to be overwritten in it.)
