Non-english name of files and folders in OSX

I am often use cyrillic characters in name of files and folder. A lot of
tasks in my work driven by AppleScript.
I'm try to work in MacOS X and find out what AppleScript dont see files or
folders with cyrillic symbols in names. It says "dont find".

I still use ClassicOS ;(
