Look for a script called 'replace text in item names' on your startup disk.
If you are running OS X, it should be in /Library/Scripts/Finder scripts (or
look in the dropdown script menu if installed.
I know that a similar script was part of pre OS X installations, but I can't
remember where it lived (used to be in 'Automated Tasks' in the Apple Menu,
might have moved to a script folder in the system folder, somewhere like
that).
