Photoshop 7 dictionary

Even when Photoshop 7 is active, I cannot get its dictionary with Script
Editor (Beta). I get it with Smile though and when I run a script from
Applescript Editor (Beta) that tells something to Photoshop, it asks
everytime "where is Photoshop".
I've reinstalled the Photoshop 7 Scripting Plug In, the Script Editor and
nothing changed.
Is this a "normal" behaviour (just have to live with it) or is there a
solution ?
system: OS 10.2.4
