Look more closely at the menu item.
Some menus use three periods ("..."), others use an ellipsis ("
", or
option-; ). They look remarkably similar.
Your script will need to match.
Alternatively, of course, find an app that's properly AppleScript-enabled
and doesn't force you to use UI scripting for such a basic function.
