Assuming that your kids would know how to clear browser caches or history
logs, a folder action could be attached to the cache folder. As sites are
visited and a cache file is written, have the file copied to another
location of your choosing. Then, even if the browser cache folder is
cleared, the copies would remain in the duplicate location. It's not
foolproof, but I used such a thing to bust an employee who was doing a
little naughty websurfing while at work...
