Yes, the changes I made will break some compiled scripts and some text
scripts.
You do seem to have ensured the 'breakages' have been as simple as
possible to fix though. The changed terms are all very clear from
reading compiled scripts & my new PD handlers are all shorter (because
I've been able to do away with workarounds), clearer and faster.
I've posted the new dictionary at The FooDoo Lounge if anyone wants to
take a look:

The following doesn't apply to your situation, but as a general
comment: Be sure to read the terminology dictionary. I tried to add
adequate documentation for each term, and for terms that have been
obsoleted the comment should indicate how to update your script.
FWIW, I think you've done a tremendous job in not only fixing it, but
also providing lots of info in the dictionary - obsolete terms as well
as old terms - to help people migrate. I haven't tested everything,
but everything I've tested works. This is considerably more than can
be said for other apps I have to wrestle with - like AppleWorks for eg.
Clearly it's still not perfect, but I'm very happy that (a) Palm
actually released another version of this great app; and (b) that they
paid you to do this work on it.
Another great improvement/addition that hasn't been mentioned on this
list is that PD4.1 has its own Scripts menu which is fast, accepts
aliases to scripts & doesn't require support files to be in the same
directory.
Cheers,
