Hello...

Yep, "list fonts" is one of the items in "Extra Suites"
"Extra Suites" is a scriptable background application similar to an OSAX.
It's got lots of other stuff too, like move mouse, type text, etc...

Download it from...
http://www.kanzu.com/software/extrasuites.sit

any suggestions on how to get a list of currently installed fonts on OS
X? I can't find a Font class in the Finder, System Events or Standard
Additions dictionaries. Do I need to check the contents of
/Library/Fonts, /System/Library/Fonts, ~/Library/Fonts,
/Network/Library/Fonts and rely on filenames?

Best regards,

David Lloyd

Thanks,

but unfortunately I need a plain vanilla AS solution. This is something intended for a wide solution with unknown resources...
