Evidently Address Book's AppleScript programmers dislike the user interface
too. (You don't really need a currently displayed entry if you don't care at
all about interacting with the interface.)

Actually, we've heard before that the Cocoa Applescript implementation comes
without a 'selection' object. But the wizards of the AppleScript unit have
managed some way to do it in Script Editor 2.0 beta.
