Which part did you not get?
1) 'snd ' resources?
2) ResEdit to copy them?
3) Resource fork of applet?
I'm betting it was #1. You probably don't have an 'snd ' resource and you need to get your sound into that format somehow, at least in order to use "play sound" from Jon's Commands.
You never did say where you got the ".snd" file you were using.
