Actually, it's probably best not to bounce junk mail because the "FROM"
address of junk mail is almost always bogus--so one of two things will
happen.
1. You'll receive a bounce of your bounce--and that bounce could get
marked as junk mail, and you'll be in a mail loop.
2. Some innocent party whose address was spoofed by the sender of the
original junk mail will receive the bounce.
