text
script
script with bundle
application
application with bundle

"run only" doesn't count as a separate type?

Close. Because of how the API works, plain text doesn't count as a flavor, since it's not compiled. There are two "script" flavors, the classic resource-fork one and the newer data-fork one. "Run only" doesn't count because it doesn't affect loading and execution, only display.
