Before (WAY before, the only time I messed with it was in connection with a
beta test of MacHTTP before it became WebStar), if multiple requests came
into the CGI at nearly the same time, they were completed on a last in first
out basis, with the early ones being stopped where they happened to be.
That could be "unhandy" for the first few people whose browsers triggered
the CGI.
Frontier, on the other hand, behaved sensibly at that time.
