This is a problem. Word has a "Save as HTML" feature but unfortunately the
result is bloated and messy. It's much better to copy & paste the text into
a plain text document and use Applescript to wrap styles and layout with
HTML tags. Tex-Edit does well for this but any scriptablt text editor should
do.
Sorry I don't have any scripts, but this site used to be a set of Word

Why Word is an industry standard I'll never know. There are supposedly some
applications out there that are dedicated to convert Word to HTML but I
forget what they are, you can search for them.
