Ok let me try this again - could anyone explain if there's any
difference between message routing and message re-routing operations in
Mail.app? The former is engaged when a message first comes in from an
account, and the later is kicked in when "apply rules" contextual menu
option is chosen on some messages.
The reason I ask this is that my script attached via rule action seems
to behave differently in the two situations. It's a junk filtering
script, and I found lots of messages, when acted on during "routing"
stage, cannot be correctly moved to the Junk mailbox, but if they are
chosen to be "re-routed", then everything is fine (i.e., they all went
to the junk mailbox).
This really puzzles me - I'd really like to make this work. Can someone help?
