Phillip,
You could create a script application to run at log in that checks
the modification date of the Drop Box folder. It could store the
previous modification date as a property so a comparison could be
made. It could then notify you via dialog, beep, or speech that there
was a change in the Drop Box.
As for the scheduling part, you could try a scheduling application I
publish called Script Timer. Just click on the Shareware and Freeware
button on the web site in my sig. You could schedule your script
application to run every 30 minutes with Script Timer. Script Timer
has a simple drag and drop interface, so is very easy to use. Of
course, you could also write your own Stay Open Script Application
with its own idle handler to do the periodic checking.

appears in my Drop Box under my Public folder. I would like this also
to pop open dialog box every 30 minutes if not checked. How do I start
and apply this to the folder?
Thanks
Phillip
